제목 Comparison of Ferromagnetic resonance frequency by coercivity of ferrite
초록 Millimeter waves (30-300 GHz) are beginning to be used in electronic devices for high-speed wireless communication. However, currently materials that effectively restrain elctromagnetic (EM) interference in the region of millimeter waves almost do not exist. So, finding a suitable material has received much attention. Magnetic materials absorb EM waves due to ferromagnetic resonance (fr). The fr is proportional to the magnetocrystalline anisotropy field (Ha), which is expressed by fr=(ν/2π)Ha. When the sample consists of randomly oriented magnetic particles with a uniaxial magnetic anisotropy, the Ha is proportional to the Hc. According to the equation, it is reasonable to assume that it will show a similar fr range by similar Hc. Thus, we have compared the fr and magnetic properties of SrFe12O19 and ε-Fe2O3  showing similar Hc, which confirmed differenct frequencies.
