제목 Synthesis and characterization of Semiconducting Polymers Containing Benzodithiophene
초록 Organic semiconductor materials based on extended linear-conjugated systems have been very intriguing and attractive in the field of electronic and optoelectronic devices. Much effects were made on the study of solution processable semiconducting polymers due to their advantages over conventional inorganic electronic semiconductors in terms of facile deposition, large coverage area, and flexibility. Recently, the polymers containing benzodithiophene(BDT) in the main chain exhibited very promising electronic properties. In this study, new π-conjugated main chain polymers have been synthesized via Stille coupling reactions. By means of absorption spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, thermal analysis, new polymers were analyzed for further device applications.
