제목 Wavy Ag Nanowire Networks for Stretchable Electroluminescence Devices
초록 We report facile approach for stretchable alternating current electroluminescence (ACEL) device based on wavy Ag nanowire networks. The wavy configuration is obtained by floating Ag nanowires on surface of water and subsequent in-plane compression like Langmuir-Blodgett self-assembly. Water-assisted compression made it possible to have the interconnected wavy Ag NW network without structural breakage. To fabricate stretchable ACEL devices, ZnS:Cu microparticle were mixed with PDMS for stretchable luminescence layer. The resulting ACEL device show high luminescent performance under 50% of elongated strain and long cycle life of 1000 cycles of 50% strain, due to the wavy configuration which allows the release of stress applied to the NWs and an increase in the contact area between NWs. These results demonstrate that the wavy Ag NW structure can be an ideal stretchable and transparent electrode for stretchable display.
