제목 Molybdenum Oxide Nanoparticle on Reduced Graphene Oxide as a Conversion Type Anode for High Performance Lithium-Ion Batteries.​
초록 Transition metal oxides(TMOs) are considered promising conversion reaction anode materials due to their high theoretical capacity. However, bulk metal oxides have limitations such as low conductivity and large volume change which lowers their practical capacity and kinetic characteristics.

Therefore, to solve this problem, we synthesized an rGO-based nanostructure MoO2 electrode.

Nanostructuring MoO2 overcame low ion conductivity by reducing the diffusion path of the particles. Furthermore, its large surface area suppressed electrode damage caused by volume expansion.

In addition, rGO has high ion conductivity to compensate for the insufficient electrical conductivity of metal oxides.

We confirmed that rGO-based nanostructure MoO2 exhibited higher electrochemical properties than conventional Bulk MoO2 and improved structural stability and capacity.
