제목 Device performance enhanced by meso-structured Aluminum Oxide layer with additives into perovskite photovoltaic cells
초록 The perovskite photovoltaic (PV) cells have recently gained massive attention because of easy fabrication and their outstanding device performance. Methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3) on metal oxide has commonly been used as a photon absorber for perovskite PV cells due to a broad light absorption of MAPbI3. In this study, meso-structured Alminium Oxide (Al2O3) layer was incorporated between Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) Polystyrene sulfonate and MAPbI3 in cells. The introduction of Al2O3 layer enhances the open circuit voltage while it decreases the short circuit current with high series resistance. When an additive (bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide lithium and salt 4-tert-butylpyridine) was added into Al2O3 layer for the purpose to eliminate this adverse effect, it affords dramatically higher Jsc to the cell than the cell without addition of additive. The effect of additive on the electrical properties of cells was investigated in more details using photoelectron spectroscopies.
