In this work, crosslinked high functional biomaterial for sulindac (SLD) recognition are prepared by using MBS, PVA, SLD as the template, SSA as a crosslinker, and GL, CA, and AsA as plasticizers. In addition, the prepared biomaterial was synthesized by using UV curing process. The morphology of the prepared biomaterial with/without SLD was observed by the SEM. Tensile strength (TS), elongation at break (%E), swelling behavior (SB) and solubility (S) for the prepared biomaterial were also investigated. To evaluate the binding characteristics of biomaterial with/without the addition of SLD, the adsorption properties of the prepared films was investigated by equilibrium binding experiment. The results indicate that the prepared high functional biodegradable films have one site of SLD as the target molecule. As the results of release of SLD with the pH, it could be verified that the release of SLD in high pH was better than in low pH. |
