Study on the Influence of Magnetic Orientation on Magnetic Conductive Materials. |
초록 |
A conductive composite material composed of a conductive filler and a polymer matrix must exceed the percolation threshold value to form a conductive path according to the percolation theory. The main factors in determining this are known filler content, shape, and dispersibility. Since the filler and matrix are in a trade-off relationship, various strategies such as fillers with a large aspect ratio and high dispersibility have been developed to obtain high performance and elasticity. In this study, electrical properties and elasticity were obtained while lowering the PTV through filler aligned. The magnetic/conductive fillers in the polymer matrix were oriented and concentrated by the magnetic field, so that the fillers efficiently contacted even at low content, improving conductivity and stretchability. |
