제목 Preparation of few-layer graphene (FLG) by exfoliation of commercial graphite flakes in N,N-dimethylformamide aqueous solution
초록 The commercial 100 mesh size particles of graphite flakes were exfoliation by sonochemistry method to obtain few-layer graphene (FLG). In this study, our unique sonicator, i.e. self designed plate type, were used. The reaction time was set for 60 minutes at the room temperature. The ultrasonic output power of the plate type were 1200W, at an ultrasonic frequency of 40kHz. The base solution was distilled water. The N,N-dimethylformamide were used as solvent. After ultrasonic irradiation, the morphology of the obtained products were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The phases of graphite flakes were analyzed by Raman spectroscopy combined with AFM.
