제목 | A study on fabrication and characterization of carbon fiber reinforced thermo-composite using polycarbonate with selective surface modification |
초록 | Recently, research on the development of materials for environmental regulation and carbon dioxide reduction using carbon composites is being actively conducted. CFRP, which has excellent mechanical properties and strength, is used in various parts and structural materials. CFRTP has the advantage of low manufacturing cost and recyclability, but low fiber impregnation and interfacial adhesion due to the high viscosity of the thermoplastic resin are important factors that degrade physical properties. In this study, the interfacial properties of fibers and resins were improved and recycled by surface functionalizing Polycarbonate (PC) with excellent mechanical properties chemoselective reaction and plasma treatment. Finally, CFRTP was prepared using functionalized PC according to the surface treatment conditions, and the structure, surface properties, and interfacial properties of the composite materials were evaluated. |
