The 15~ 20µm of crosslinked monodisperse particles using 9.3 µm seed poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) particles were produced in aqueous-alcoholic media by one-step seeded polymerization in the absence of the swelling process using various crosslinking agents. They are ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA), 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA). Methyl methacrylate swallows with crosslinking agent and penetrates into the seed polymer. The TGA onset temperature of poly (MMA-co-HDDA) is highly improved, thus this material can be used for thermally applicable electronic fields. |
