제목 The effect of small molecules based on tosylte for thickness tolerance
초록 Small-molecule based on tosylate  named as SM-Ots  has been synthesized and applied in the polymer solar cell as interlayer. We insert the SM-Ots between ZnO layer and activelayer with two different method. The first was stacking method  by spincoated the SM-Ots around 5 nm above ZnO layer (PCE=8.5%), the second method was hybridized ZnO layer with certain amount of SM-Ots (PCE= 8.8%). We investigated the combination between hybridized ZnO and stacking method by simutaneously using SM-OTs hybridized ZnO layer and a 5 nm thick SM-OTs as the interlayer. The synergy effect of hybridization and interlayer enhanced the PCE of the device to 8.9% (Jsc = 17.9 mA cm−2, Voc = 0.73 V, FF = 67.9%), which is a 17.1% increase in comparison with the device based on ZnO (PCE= 7.9%).
