Effect of Gd on the performance of dye sensitized solar cells |
초록 |
Gadolinium doped TiO2 nanoparticles have been prepared by using homogeneous precipitation method. By using the prepared Gd/TiO2 nanocrystals dye sensitized solar cells have been assembled. The effect of gadolinium on the performance of dye sensitized solar cell has been reported. The synthesized Gd/TiO2 nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM and XPS analysis. The solar cell prepared using 5% molar ratio of gadolinium shows improved performance than the solar cells prepared using other molar ratios. |
