Selection of substrates and electrode is an important concern for designing flexible organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (OIHP-SCs) since transparent conducting oxide (TCO) substrates such as indium tin oxide (ITO) are unsuitable due to its brittle nature. Therefore, we instead present TCO-free flexible OIHP-SCs by using a single-layer graphene transparent electrode on a flexible polydimethylsiloxane substrate. We use lithium bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide (Li-TFSI) to dope both the graphene electrode and the poly(triarylamine) hole transporting layer, and we are able to control their optical and electrical properties. Here, 20 mM Li-TFSI was used to optimize the charge transfer characteristics through the electrode, and a high power conversion efficiency of 19.01 % is achieved for the TCO-free flexible OIHP-SC devices with an active area of 1 cm2. Finally, we show that our TCO-free devices exhibit great bending stability as well as excellent light soaking stability. |
