Recently, polymer composite materials with high dielectric constant and excellent flexibility have been a topic of great interest in electrical and electronic fields including capacitors and actuators. A representative method for increasing the dielectric constant of polymers is the use of high-k nanoparticles such as barium titanate (BT) and titanium oxide (TiO2) and graphene oxide (GO) as fillers. Large-sized graphene oxide (LGO) is generated through the Hummer's method, then oxidized once more to produce nanographene oxide (NGO) with an average size of 30 to 60 nm, and reduced using hydrazine hydrate to graphene oxide A hybrid filler having a high dielectric constant was synthesized by recovering the electrical conductivity Acknowledge : This work was supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) grant funded by the Korea government(MSIT) (No. 2020R1A5A1019131) This work was supported by a grant (10080492) from Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology under Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), Republic of Korea. |
