제목 Microcavity effect in transparent organic light-emitting diodes
초록 The efficiency of the transparent organic light emitting diodes(TOLEDs) was investigated according to the structure of the anode and a cathode. The light emitting efficiency of TOLED could be improved by 60% compared with conventional devices by using semi-transparent metal electrodes both as an anode and a cathode. The light emission in TOLED could be well controlled by changing the micro-cavity effect in the device and color purity could be also improved by micro-cavity effect.
