| 제목 | A Study on the curing system of hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane by catalyst and humidity in air |
| 초록 | In this work, we studied PDMS curing system on air to apply paint/coating resin. PDMS was used hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane. It is cured by using DBTDL catalyst with humidity in air. To prmote curing on air we used DBTDL as hydrosis/condedsation catalyst and TEOS(Tetraethyl orthosilicate )was used as crosslinker. We evaluated drying time by changing weight ratio of DBTDL and TEOS. If those weight ratio and humidity in air increase, drying time of PDMS is shorten. It is measured by tack free time. |
