Since the invention of plastics, consumption has continued to increase and the amount of plastic waste is increasing exponentially, especially as food delivery increases under the influence of COVID-19, making waste plastic disposal a social problem. Using Cement Kiln, high-temperature combustion treatment technology can use energy generated during combustion while combusting waste plastics, which are increasing day by day, as an auxiliary energy source for the firing process. In addition, the waste plastic reactor using the plasma torch has an advantage that the combustion volume is small and the target temperature can be reached within a short time. To protect the electrode of the plasma torch from high temperature heat, chlorine gas, and tar generated during the combustion of waste plastic, a preserve nozzle made of Tungsten, Molybdenum, Inconel 600, and SUS material was manufactured, and through facility evaluation, the change of the preserve nozzle according to the process time and the suitability of the torch were studied. |
