제목 Telluride/PEDOT:PSS Hybrid Composite with Graphene Nanoparticle for Solution-Processed Thermoelectric Generators
초록 We have enhanced thermoelectric properties of telluride-poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (Te/PEDOT:PSS) hybrid composites by the addition of graphene nanoparticles (GNP). Te/PEDOT:PSS hybrid composites and GNP solutions were synthesized by solution process at low temperature. Te/PEDOT:PSS-GNP solutions were deposited on a substrate by spray method to fabricate thermoelectric generators. The composite containing 0.75 wt% of GNP exhibited enhanced power factor due to the highly improved electrical conductivity with slight decrease in seebeck coefficient. The power factors of the Te/PEDOT:PSS films with a content of 0.75 wt% of GNP were optimized to be 96.49 μW m-1 K-2 with Seebeck coefficient of 139.25 μV K-1 and electrical conductivity of 49.14 S cm-1
