제목 Development of Visible-light Curable Furfuryl-Hyaluronic Acid Derivative for Tendon Anti-adhesion
초록 Visible-light curable hyaluronic acid derivative (furfuryl hyaluronic acid, F-HA) was prepared to reduce adhesion of inter-tissue after surgical operation. If unexpected adhesion is happened after surgical treatment, re-operation is needed because of reserve pains and inflammation reactions to patient. Hyaluronic acid has biocompatibility, wound-healing effect, and biodegradable properties. In this study, We expect that F-HA could prevent adhesion because F-HA could make physical separation by coating the surgical surface. Structure of prepared F-HA was analyzed using 1H-NMR. Also, for medical application, biocompatibility of F-HA was evaluated by WST assay. From these results, F-HA could be developed as biocompatible anti-adhesion.
