Among the MOFs which have been studied, MIL-101 appeared to large surface area. Ferric was used as central metal of MOF, and terephthalic acid (TPA) was used as a ligand with two carboxyl groups attached. We prepared MIL-101/graphene oxide (GO) composites by hydrothermal method. It was used as working electrode material in three electrodes system. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy analyzed microstructures and morphologies of the composites. Also, cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) curves were used to analyze the electrochemical properties of the composites in 6M KOH electrolyte. |
