제목 Improving Compatibility of Polyimide Copolymer/Silsesquiazane Nanohybrids with Introducing Polar Functional Groups
초록 Polyimide (PI) has attracted attention as a matrix material of organic/inorganic nanohybrids due to its relatively high thermal and mechanical property compared to other organic materials. However, the insolubility in organic solvents and poor compatibility with inorganic filler of conventional PI make it difficult to fabricate hybrid materials in nano-scale, which results in phase separation between components, and reduction of thermal and mechanical property of the prepared hybrid materials. In this study, we synthesized PI copolymer with different acetoxy group content and prepared hybrids with silsesquiazane (SSQZ) as a precursor to inorganic filler. The effect of acetoxy group in preparing nanobybrids was confirmed by morphology and thermal properties of the prepared nanohybrids.
