제목 Cross-linkable hole transport material for solution processed organic light-emitting diodes
초록 The devices should have multi-layer structure for great performance organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In solution process, it is difficult to stack plenty of layers due to the effect on adjacent layers. For the solution process, the formed bottom layer should have the solvent resistance of the upper layer solvent. Low solubility of solution processed hole transport layer is the most important to archive high efficiency in solution processed OLED. Therefore we designed thermally cross-linkable hole transport material (HTM) for solution processed OLED to reduce solubility of hole transport layer.
