Flexible Semiconductor based on Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) coated by Single-walled Carbon Nanotube (SWCNT) |
| 초록 |
We made thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) coated by N-doped SWCNT and P-doped SWCNT. The morphology of this composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The thermal conductivity of composites was measured by infrared camera. The flexible semiconductors exhibit a good electrical performance and high heat resistance. |
