제목 A Dithienophosphole-Thienylenevinylene based- donor – acceptor copolymer was synthesized and reflect in OFETs.
초록 PDDTP-TVT polymer poly(3,5-didodecyl-4-phenylphospholo[3,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene 4-oxide-1,2-di(2,2'-bithiophen-5-yl)ethane, shorten as PDDTP-TVT,  that is consist  of DTP and thienylenevinylene derivatives which include the thiophene and vinyl groups. This compound thiophene and vinyl groups (TVT) may widen conjugation length and is a practical building blocks for organic electronic devices. Moreover, compound of thiophene/selenophene and vinyl groups is well known to extend the telling conjugation length of conjugated molecules because incorporating vinylene bonds in polymer backbones and increase  the degree of molecular stiffness of the polymer backbone, which can enable π-electron delocalization and improve charge mobility. PDDTP-TVT was synthesized and characterized to look into the relationship between the structure of  D-A- type copolymer and the efficiency of organic field- effect transistors (OFETs).
