Organic Thin Film Transistor have been raised much interest in recent years, because it has unique attractions compared with traditional silicon based electronic devices. We designed and synthesized p-type organic semiconductors, 2,7-bis(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)9H-fluoren-9-one,2-(2,7-bis(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-9H-fluoren-9-ylidene)malononitrile, 2,7-bis(9-phenyl-9H-cabazol-3-yl)-9H-fluoren-9-one and 2-(2,7-bis(9-phenyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)-9H-fluoren-9-ylidene)malononitrile through a typical Suzuki coupling reaction. They were used to OTFTs semiconductors and OTFTs was fabricated by solution processing. Their chemical structures were confirmed by ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, FT-IR and MALDI-TOF. The photophysical, electrochemical and charge transport properties of these materials were also measured. |
