제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Fluorene Based Organic Semiconductors for Organic Thin Flim Transistor (OTFTs) Application
초록 Organic Thin Film Transistor have been raised much interest in recent years, because it has unique attractions compared with traditional silicon based electronic devices. We designed and synthesized p-type organic semiconductors, 2,7-bis(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)9H-fluoren-9-one,2-(2,7-bis(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-9H-fluoren-9-ylidene)malononitrile, 2,7-bis(9-phenyl-9H-cabazol-3-yl)-9H-fluoren-9-one and 2-(2,7-bis(9-phenyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)-9H-fluoren-9-ylidene)malononitrile through a typical Suzuki coupling reaction. They were used to OTFTs semiconductors and OTFTs was fabricated by solution processing. Their chemical structures were confirmed by ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, FT-IR and MALDI-TOF. The photophysical, electrochemical and charge transport properties of these materials were also measured.
