제목 Synthesis of α,ω-Bis(dimethyloctyl)silylsexithiophene of Self-Assembling Property and Electropositive Silicon Substitutions for OTFT
초록 There has been rapidly increasing interest in the developing of organic semiconducting materials for field effect transistors (FETs) useful for plastic electronics. Organic semiconductors based on conjugated thiophene oligomer have great potential to be utilized as an active layer for electronic devices. We designed novel organic semiconducting material having high solubility, self-assembling property, and electropositive silyl substitutions. α,ω-Bis(dimethyloctyl)silylsexithiophene was synthesized using the palladium-catalyzed Stille coupling reactions and its OTFT properties were measured. The details will be discussed.
