제목 Rheological properties of aluminum pastes for screen printing
초록 Screen printing is a convenient technique and costs less than the other methods of producing electronic devices. Leveling and thickness affect the electrical conduction and resistance. These characters may be different with the rheological properties of pastes. Pastes are composed of organic solvent, binder, metal powder, and other additives. Rheological behaviors may be changed by solution compositions and binder contents. In this study, the effects of binder molecular weight, binder content, and power content on the rheological properties of the aluminum based solar cell pastes are investigated.
