제목 | Identify effect of Sb for CER to improve selectivity of CER on Sb-Sn/IrTaOx/Ti electrode |
초록 | Chlorine evolution reaction (CER) is importantelectrochemical reaction because Cl2 is important industrialchemical, and reduces the applied voltage by reducing the overvoltage when usedas an alternative reaction to hydroxylation. Due to the oxygen evolutionreaction (OER) occurs competitively with chlorine evolution reaction (CER), it isimportant to improve selectivity for chlorine oxidation. In this study, weinvestigate the mechanism of CER on Sb and Sn, especially Sb, at Sb-SnO2/IrTaOx/Ti. Ir and Ta isused as interlayer in this electrode to reduce ohmic resistance between activelayer, Sb and Sn, and substrate Ti. |
