제목 Metal halide perovskite optoelectronic devices prepared by spray coating on one dimensional TiO2 nanorods photoelectrode
초록 Metal halide perovskite solar cells have been of great interest because of their unique properties such as strong absorptivity, high open-circuit voltage, small exciton binding energy, easy bandgap tunability, and solution processaibility.In parallel, scalable coating process is also important to find commercial application because such high performance solar cells are fabricated by spin-coating process. Accordingly, intensive studies have been done to develop scalable coating process for metal halide perovskite solar cells such as slot dies, bar, 3D printing, and spray coating. Here, we would like to report on the electro spray coating process to fabricate metal halide perovskite solar cells. Especially, here we used one dimensional TiO2 nanorods electrodes to avoid inefficient infiltration of metal halide perovskite material within the pores in the electrodes and compared reproducibility with mesoscopic TiO2 electrodes.
