Effect of the crystal structure of TiOF2 on electrochemical properties |
초록 |
The crystal structure of TiOF2 was controlled by NF3 treatment of a TiO2 precursor to investigate electrochemical properties. The crystal phase of TiOF2 changed to fluorine-doped anatase TiO2 upon increases in the NF3 treatment temperature. The TiOF2 underwent a change in crystal phase from TiOF2 to fluorine-doped anatase TiO2 with increasing NF3 treatment temperature. TiOF2 phase showed higher electrochemical properties than fluorine-doped anatase TiO2. This result is attributed to the higher conductivity and charge transfer due to higher Ti3+ ratio of TiOF2. |
