제목 Synthesis of stabilized nanoliposomes for potential applications as skin therapeutic agents
초록 Liposomes composed of components similar to biological membranes have absorbent characteristic and have been applied in transdermal delivery system for the past few decades. In this study, we synthesized nanosize liposomes to improve penetration efficiency. Liposomes were prepared using lyoprotective substances to enhance stability of liposomes in aqueous dispersion. The physicochemical properties of nanoliposomes were characterized using TEM, SEM and DLS methods. The biological functionality of the nanoliposomes were analyzed in vitro using mouse embryonic fibroblast NIH-3T3. Results demonstrated that not only collagen synthesis and fibroblast proliferation but wrinkle formation were promoted indicating that this method can be utilized in anti-skin aging and wound healing treatment.
