Nanophotonics with printed optical gain |
초록 |
With the rapid growth of video streaming and artificial intelligence, the development of chip-scale optical integrated circuits for large-scale data processing is emerging. For this, the integration of small nanoscale photonic devices into silicon photonics is essential. However, these developments have been slow to commercialize due to the lack of technology to selectively implant nanoscale active devices on silicon. This presentation demonstrates the development of printable nanophotonics using transfer-printing techniques and explores future paths for nanophotonic integrations. |
