제목 축소 공간에서의 공정 이상 패턴에 기반한 다변량 통계적 진단
초록 In this paper we propose a hierarchical plant-wide diagnosis methodology based on hierarchical decomposition and principal component analysis to handle the complexity and interactions among process units.To obtain the more reliable diagnostic results, pattern matching techniques is utilized with the triangular representation of principal components. The proposed methodology is illustrated from the application to the hierarchical plant-wide monitoring of Tennessee Eastman benchmark process. The application has shown that the proposed methodology offers a fast and reliable monitoring and diagnosis for a large scale chemical plant.
