제목 Synthesis of 1,2,3-Triazolyl Polyether diol using Copper(I) Catalyst System via Click Chemistry.
초록 Glycidyl-4-acetyl-1,2,3-triazolyl polyether diol was synthesized by copper(I)-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition that called ‘Click Chemistry’. Glycidyl azide polymer(GAP) and 3-butyne-2one was used to prepare glycidyl-4-acetyl-1,2,3-triazolyl polyether diol. Catalyst used to cupper(I) sulfate pentahydrate (CuSO45H2O) and sodium ascrobate. Structure and composition of synthesized 1-glycidyl-4-acetyl-1,2,3-triazolyl polyether diol was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR) and Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(1H-NMR). 94% yield with white powder was produced.
