제목 Study on Calcium Phosphates for Multi-Materials Printing
초록 Mimicking bone structure had been a challenge in fabricating synthetic implant. These days, the dense cortical and porous cancellous structure of bones could be achieved with additive manufacturing (AM). Moreover, further manipulation of the design was able to be constructed due to layer by layer building mechanism of AM. Among the AM techniques, direct light processing (DLP) can provide precise dimension with good surface contour. Nevertheless, the materials and design needed to be refined and considered for this fabrication system to functioned efficiently. This study focused on optimizing calcium phosphates in form of beta-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) and hydroxyapatite (HA), which have different bioactivity and biodegradability as a feed to fabricate multi-ceramics structure by our DLP system. Several aspects such as feed rheology, solid content, curing behavior, shrinkage and bioactivity were checked for obtaining the best results.
