2D titanium carbide(MXene) has been considered as a promising two-dimensional material for supercapacitors owing to its large surface area, high conductivity, and excellent cycling stability. However, The tendency for it to easily aggregation is often to interfere with making a capacitor that has a large ion diffusivity. we develop a chemical etching method to produce porous two-dimensional (2D) Titanium carbide, MXenes at room temperature in aqueous solutions. And than, we designed cobalt hydroxide and porous MXene flake composite (Co(OH)2/MXene) with heterolayered architecture, in which ultrafine Co(OH)2 nanoparticles were anchored on porous MXene flakes. The as-produced porous MXene/Co(OH)2 composite have larger specific surface areas, more open structures and superior performance for capacitance than pristine MXene. |
