The conjugated polymer nanospheres are versatile nano-materials that can be used varied areas. These conjugated polymer nanospheres show potential characteristics such as a high quantum yield, fine photostability, and a small size. Graphene oxide is a two-dimensional nanomaterial which can be simply exfoliated into monolayer sheets and stably dispersed in water. In this study, we employed conjugated polymer nanospheres with graphene oxide for trypin sensing. We prepared conjugated polymer nanospheres by a reprecipitation method and investigated the size and analyzed optical properties of conjugated polymer nanospheres. The conjugated polymer nanospheres coated with polyarginine have interaction with graphene oxide via charge interaction. Therefore the emission intensity of polymer nanospheres was decreased because of energy transfer to graphene oxide. Then, the intensity of polymer nanospheres was increased by adding trypsin because polyarginine was cleaved by trypsin. |
