제목 | Synthesis of skin impermeable organic sunscreen to prevent absorption to the body |
초록 | Sunscreens have been developed to protect skin from UV radiation. Sunscreens are divided into an inorganic sunscreen and an organic sunscreen. However, organic sunscreen has a disadvantage of being absorbed through the skin due to its small molecular weight. Absorbed sunscreens are similar in structure to hormones and act like hormones, causing a variety of side effects after topical application and acts as an hormone. To prevent the side effects of absorbed sunscreens, we designed a new sunscreen that is composed of organic sunscreen and polysaccharide. this sunscreen has an increased molecular weight due to conjugated polysaccharide. In this study, we compared the UV absorbance of sunscreen and newly synthesized sunscreen. Also, we compared the difference of their skin penetrative behaviors using franz diffusion cell test and confocal laser scanning microscopy. In addition, after topical applications of sunscreens to the skin, the concentration of sunscreen in plasma was compared. |
