In the presentation, adhesive technology for flexible display has been explained with introduction of exax INC. According to progressive incensement of flexible display, such as edge type curved display and foldable display, rollable display, UV curable adhesive materials have been studied due to fast process time and high adhesion property. In order to show best performance in the flexible display, adhesive should have low modulus especially at the low temperature with no variation of adhesion property. Also, the optical property should be satisfied at the high temperature reliability. For them. UV material should be formulated with proper Mw of pre-polymer or oligomer. The other materials will be also introduced for good reliability. |
