Improved LC analysis of some flavonoids in Ulmus davidiana and their radiolysis study |
| 초록 |
In this study, Smart XTM liquid chromatography (XTMLC) was used to quantify compounds in each of various solvent extracts from Ulmus davidiana (UD). Radiolysis of some flavonoids in the UD was performed in aqueous medium. The degradation process was followed by XTMLC analysis. This radiolysis process was attributed to some radical species presented in the irradiated medium. The same type of oxidative reactions could occur on some flavonoids by ionizing radiation. |
