Broad dynamic range detection system, using Multi-Quantum dots and Magnetic Bead |
| 초록 |
Sensitive and broad dynamic range detection for virus detection systems are critical in virus clinical diagnostics. In this report we present progressive detection system, that using quantum dot based sandwich immunoassay, better than existing method like viral hemagglutination method. Ultra-high sensitive, broad dynamic range detection system, without be amplified like other method, not only reduce time and cost, but also have huge possibility to application at bio-chemical field. |
