제목 Parametric study of the spray coated V-W based catalyst on metallic monolith for the Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx
초록 The ceramic honeycomb widely used as a carrier of SCR because it’s porosity, permeability and easy to mould. However, there are problems in changing the deactivated or damaged honeycomb. The used ceramic honeycomb catalyst discarded without regeneration. So, the reusable metallic monolith were investigated to replace the ceramics. The metallic monolith type honeycomb has advantage of the mechanical property, thermal conductivity and maintenance. The used metallic monolith catalyst could be reused by washing and re-coating the catalyst. In this study, the V-W/TiO2 based metallic monolith coating catalyst prepared by spray coating were tested. The optimized metallic monolith catalyst showed similar de-NOx performance compared with ceramic honeycomb with less use of catalyst .
