제목 Effect of Preparation Methods on Release Behavior of Valsartan-loaded Polyoxalate Microspheres
초록 The purpose of this study was to prepare and evaluate valsartan-loaded microspheres from various preparation methods of O1/O2/W and O1/O2/O3. Also, this study was to prepare from kind of solvent. Valsartan-loaded POX microspheres were characterized for the drug load, out/inner surface morphology and in vitro drug release. Physicochemical characters and morphology of prepared microspheres were evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Through the study results, it shows that the skin layer of the prepared microspheres is comprised of POX and valsartan was encapsulated within the microspheres. Also, the degradation of microspheres and the drug release were obtained from each SEM and in vitro test for 15 days.
