제목 Dynamic Layer-by-Layer Assembly in Microfluidic System
초록 Micro-droplets were obtained with polyelectrolyte (PE) materials by controlling the capillary number and fraction of rate between continuous and dispersing fluid in microfluidic channel. We can get micro-post made by photo-curable polymer in the optofluidic maskless lithography system. By colliding PE droplet driven by pressure with micro-post, we can fabricate thin multilayered films using layer-by-layer (LbL) deposition method. It was shown that the intensity of Labeled-PE was increased according to collision of droplet with micro-post. The formation of multilayers is studied in terms of Reynolds number, Deborah number, viscosity ratio, position of the micro-post and size of the droplet through the access to simulation based on fluidic mechanics.
