제목 | To Improve Regeneration of Corneal Endothelial Cells Using the Retinoic acid/ Silk Fibroin Film |
초록 | Silk fibroin (SF) is a natural material and it has various properties such as biocompatible, biodegradable, and transparent. Silk has good cell proliferation. Retinoic acid (RA) mediates the functions of vitamin A required for growth and development. Thus, this study was used RA/ SF scaffold for corneal endothelial cell regeneration. RA/SF Scaffolds were fabricated with 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100μM RA. The properties of RA/SF films were analyzed using MTT, RT-PCR, initial density, and transparency, contact angle. Overall results showed that incorporation of 75μM RA/SF can be positively applied as suitable alternative for high level corneal endothelial cell expansion and transplantation.
