제목 Stability and Topical Release of Retinol Encapsulated with Amphiphilic Triblock Copolymers
초록 Retinol is a vitamin A derivative and well known as a skin active material that works to repair the dermis layer having collagens and elastin fibers. It has a small molecular structure enough to penetrate the outer layer of skin. However, retinol is easy to lose its skin activity when it exposes to the environmental stimuli. In this study, retinol was encapsulated with amphiphilic triblock copolymers having hydrophilic PEO and hydrophobic PCL moieties. Effects of triblock copolymers on the stability and release behavior of encapsulated retinol were extensively investigated. (supported by MOCIE, No. 10024160-2006-12)
