According to the United Nations climate change report, the cause of global natural disasters, including global warming, is seen as a result of steadily increasing greenhouse gas emissions since the Industrial Revolution. Hydrogen energy, on the other hand, is seen as promising energy for the future as clean energy. Among various methods of producing hydrogen, the technology of decomposing water using solar energy to produce hydrogen is attracting much attention because it can solve not only environmental pollution problem but also energy problem. Therefore, in this study, we tried to compare water decomposition efficiency by synthesizing photocatalysts of the form of M3PO4 (M = Co, Ni, Cu) depending on the type of 3d transition metal. The physical and chemical properties of the synthesized samples were confirmed by XRD, SEM, TEM and UV / Vis analysis, and the gas produced after the reaction was confirmed by GC and MASS analysis. |
