제목 Dual-scale electrospun Ag fibers as highly flexible electrodes for transparent optoelectronic devices
초록  Ag fiber has the advantage of decreasing percolation threshold due to its long length, allowing for the fabrication of transparent conducting electrode (TCE) with high transmittance and low resistance. However, mono-scale Ag fibers inevitably have percolative voids, which reduce effective electrical area, causing a reduction in performance of device. Additionally, there is a problem with increasing sheet resistance of device due to contacts between fibers.
To solve these problems, dual-scale electrospun Ag fiber electrodes were fabricated with the properties of mechanical stability and high transparency. In the bending test, the change in sheet resistance during bending was reduced by micro-scale Ag fibers, and transmittance was improved by nano-scale Ag fibers. Fabricated electrodes also had a large effective electrical area because the nano-scale Ag fibers filled the percolative voids present in the micro-scale Ag fibers. To eliminate the contacts between Ag fibers, a two-step etching process consisting of O2 plasma and wet-etching was carried out, which in turn reduced the junction resistance. Fabricated electrodes are applicable to various optoelectronic devices.
