제목 Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-methacrylic acid) stabilized nanoparticles
초록 A novel nanoparticle was developed using poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co- methacrylic acid) (P(NIPAM-co-MAA)) and N-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-octadecanamide (DMAPODA) by salt bridge which is pH-sensitive. According to the results, the critical association concentrations (CACs) of the nanoparticles increased with increasing the ratio of hydrophilic copolymer. Moreover, due to the pH-sensitivity of the salt bridges, the nanoparticles were pH-sensitive in terms of change in their size. The nanoparticles might be applicable to the delivery of therapeutic agents or genes.
