제목 Temperature-sensitive hydrogel prepared by hydrophobic interaction
초록 Thermo sensitive hydrogel was prepared by taking the advantages of hydrophobic interaction using Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-octadecyl acrylate) (PNO) copolymers with various contents of octadecyl acrylate (ODA). ODA acted as a crosslinker during the preparation. According to the results, the hydrogel formed at the concentration of 7 % when the content of ODA was 1.5 %, and formed at concentration of 5 % and 7 % when the content of ODA was 2 %. The temperature-response swelling properties were investigated in terms of change in temperature (20 °C - 40 °C - 20 °C). In conclusions, the formation properties of products and the swelling ratios of hydrogel strongly depended on the composition and concentration of hydrophobically modified copolymer.
